Congratulations to Brandon Noia who earned the Best Oral Presentation award for his presentation "Pre-Bond Probing of TSVs in 3D Stacked ICs" at the Duke University Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering Graduate Research Workshop. 

The award provides $2,000 toward travel to any conference of the recipient's choice. Brandon is an Intel Foundations/SRCEA Fellow and his research is conducted under the direction of Professor Krishnendu Chakrabarty at Duke University. Professor Chakrabarty is funded through the GRC Research Program.
