Technical Excellence Award
The Technical Excellence Award was sstablished in 1991 by the Board of Directors as an incentive and recognition program for research of exceptional value to SRC members. The $5,000 award is shared equally among key contributors for innovative technology that significantly enhances the productivity/competitiveness of the semiconductor industry.
Aristotle Award
The Aristotle Award was created in 1995 to recognize supported faculty whose deep commitment to the educational experience of students has had a profound and continuing impact on their professional performance and consequently a significant impact for members over a long period of time. The Award is intended to acknowledge outstanding teaching in its broadest sense, emphasizing student advising and teaching during the research project thereby contributing to the maturation of the student.
Mahboob Khan Outstanding Industry Liaison Award
The Mahboob Khan Outstanding Industry Laiison Award recognizes individuals who have had a significant impact on the technical contributions of the research, have been instrumental in transferring the research results to industry, and are deeply committed to the education of graduate students. Nominations for individuals serving as Industry Liaisons are accepted from members of the SRC community.
