SRC 2023 Young Faculty Award

Presented to Dr. Mohsen Imani, University of California at Irvine. 

Dr. Mohsen Imani is an assistant professor at the University of California at Irvine, and a research scholar alumni from JUMP which led to his Best Doctorate Research Award from UC San Diego in 2020. His contributions in brain-inspired hyperdimensional computing have led to the development of ultra-efficient learning and cognitive support systems. Since 2014, he has collaborated with numerous SRC industrial members on multiple SRC programs, such as JUMP, AI Hardware, and Hardware Security. Over the past nine years, he has published over 140 papers in top-tier conferences and journals, earning more than 4,500 citation counts. Notably, his work includes over 30 joint publications with SRC member companies, 15 of which were published within the last two years.
