Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC), today announced that Veeco Instruments Inc. (Veeco) has signed an agreement to join SRC’s Global Research Collaboration (GRC) research program.  Veeco, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, joins a premier group of semiconductor design, manufacturing, and advanced technology companies and will be participating in nine GRC design and process technology research programs.  SRC welcomes Veeco to our research consortium.
