Micron Senior Fellow Gurtej Sandhu Earns Prestigious Engineering Award
Gurtej Sandhu was presented with the prestigious 2018 IEEE Andrew S. Grove Award, a national award recognizing outstanding contributions to solid-state devices and technology. In his 20-plus years at Micron, he has patented more than 1,200 new technologies for the company, all related to thin film processes and materials, very-large-scale-integration (VLSI) projects and semiconductor device fabrication.
